Since the premiere performance of his Veni Creator Spiritus Motet by the Dresden Kreuzchor in 1995, Ludger Vollmer has produced an uninterrupted flow of work for various international artists and renowned ensembles.
Vollmer's works have been conducted by artists such as Peter Hirsch and Max Pommer.

Standing ovations in Istanbul Istanbul is Europeans Capital of Culture in 2010. In these intention the Bremen Theatre was invited to Istanbul to perform Vollmers opera GEGEN DIE WAND. The performance taked place on July 7/ 8/ 9, 2010.The public commemorated the opera with enthusiasm.
Jerusalem For studies and research Ludger Vollmer will go to Jerusalem from 11/ 3, 2010 to 12/ 15, 2010. This is advanced by the Cultural Foundation of the State of Thuringia, Germany

Order by the administration of Jena, Germany for the official ceremony, intended for the 20th Nationals Day of the German Unity
SCHILLERS RÄUBER_RAP'N BREAKDANCE OPERA 20 minutes standing ovations: The first performance of the youth opera took place on 9.6. 2009 at Theaterhaus Jena. Intention was the year of Schiller and Bauhaus 2009.
The central intention of the work is the searching to the identity of the youth living in buildings made from prefabricated slabs. The opera SCHILLERS RÄUBER_RAP'N BREAKDANCE OPERA will be performed also in Aubivilliers, Paris (Summer 2010) and in the Hungarian National Theater Györ, 2010. In Germany that opera often has been performed in several towns (Edition: Schott Music GmbH)

Standing Ovations for Vollmers opera entitled \"GEGEN DIE WAND\" (»Against The Wall«). The opera is based on the Fatih Akin film of the same name. Concerning a Turkish love story, the orchestration and text integrates both Turkish text and original Turkish intstruments. The work has been premiered on 28th November 2008 in the Theater Bremen in Germany. A further premiere is planned for summer 2010 in the Staatsoper Stuttgart.
